  26. if you paid WCI or an authorized WCI distributor for this copy

  33. uses the software personally on one or more computers, or

  51. Personal Edition contains, among other things, a portion of
  52. WinZip Self-Extractor Personal Edition, including copyrighted

  54. portion is the "Extraction Software"). You may not alter or
  55. modify the Extraction Software, nor give anyone permission to do

  59. in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by
  60. WCI.  You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse

  63. others in connection with a service bureau, application service

  75. relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk of using the

  97. other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and
  98. arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
  99. State of Connecticut.  Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all
  100. matters relating to this Agreement shall be in courts and fora
  101. located in the State of Connecticut, and you consent to such
  102. jurisdiction and venue.  There are no third party beneficiaries
  103. of any promises, obligations or representations made by WCI
  104. herein.
